Thank you so much for visiting my personal website! I am a businesswoman who loves encouraging and lifting up other women in Fatih, allowing them to grow in their calling in what God has designed them to be while growing in an intimate relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.
I am a wife to my loving and supportive husband Pete Sanchez III. Together we have two beautiful children, Victoria Faith and Pete Sanchez IV. We also have an adorable poodle named Puchita who I have owned since college.
I've been an active Realtor since 2006 and specialize in marketing properties and negotiating short sales for homeowners who are in distress and help future buyers with their home purchase.
I founded All For God Living, a non-profit to empower women to speak about their faith while being able to connect and network. We break bread the first Friday of each month at Candelas by the Bay in Coronado. All For God Living also created a Youtube channel, called All For God Living TV. Where we interview Christians who want to share their testimony as well as have influencers in the Chrisitan arena share God's Word with many!

COMMUNICATIONS: BROADCAST JOURNALISM
I studied Broadcast Journalism and I absolutely loved it! I had my own radio station on campus called "The Velvet Lounge" and I was also part of the college news station, reporting local news and new restaurants within the community.
This is the place that I started to really explore journalism and allowing the seed to grow. While going to school I also had a job on campus managing over 75 students and their radio stations, but once budget cuts hit, I was forced to find a different job and started to work at a temp agency in a real estate industry company where I worked for 2 years and sooner then I new it my journalism life was no longer a vision at that time.

"Rookie of the Year Award" is what I received my first year of real estate. While agents were leaving a crashing market, I came walking in with enthusiasm, dreams, and a heart to learn from the best! I gained experience directly being mentored by one of San Diego's Best Realtors, Chris Lewis from McMillin Realty. I also joined a team for a year and then worked on my own and even partnered with my mother, Myrna Najera after she had received her license. I gained experience working for banks and listing their Bank Owned Properties, Negotiating Short Sales for distressed sellers, Listing Divorcees while making the transaction smooth for both parties, Helping first-time homeowners dreams become a reality, relocating families to one end of the map to the other and much more!
Each real estate transaction is different and is rewarding. Helping people with their largest investments is something I do not take for granted and enjoy the process while making it as seamless as possible for my clients.

ROCK SCHOOL OF MINISTRY
A discipleship school that equips an army of believers who will transform the world around them with the love of Jesus.
This was ulimately the best education I ever recieved. My life was changed from night to day and this is where I grew to know Jesus more.
The school's name has now been changed to The Rock School of Ministry.

WHAT I’VE DONE
AFG Living, Foundation is our non-profit! A place to give back to the community and empower women to become the women God has designed them to be.
This event we hosted a SWAP PARTY!! I contacted and invited many women that I knew and didn't know and they brought clothing that was still in great condition so that we could swap it with one another and whatever doesn't get swapped gets donated to a women's shelter in San Diego and in Tijuana, Mexico. We also had a local Christian Artist, Michael Dotts showcase his amazing beautiful art to sale.
This event was such a success that the women asked for another party in the near future. The SWAP PARTY is every year in October to Celebrate Harvest and what the Lord Is Doing In Our Lives!
